Title: In House Development of Single and Double Stranded DNA Binding ELISA Kit To Detect Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients.

Supervisor: Lt. Col. Md Maruf Hasan, PhD (EME), MIST

  • Developed a cost-effective in-house ELISA kit for detecting an-dsDNA an bodies, targeting SLE diagnosis.
  • Aimed to develop a highly affordable and scalable diagnostic solution, especially for rural or military healthcare.

1. Pan-Cancer Analysis of PRKD3 Across Human Tumors                                                                  

  • Analyzed PRKD3 expression, survival impact, and pathway enrichment
  • Identified oncogenic signaling involvement and potential prognostic relevance

2. Transcriptomic Profiling of HPV-Driven Cervical Cancer 

  • DEG identifica on from HPV+ cervical cancer microarray data
  • ML-driven biomarker identifiction and enrichment analysis

3. Eye-Controlled Mouse Cursor and Adaptive GUI for Disabled Individuals  

  • An assistive interface for disabled users using Python and webcam tracking
  • Used for the rehabilita ons of individuals with severe motor function disabilities

4. IoT Based ECG Monitoring Device (Funded by Center for Army Research and Development)

  • Developed a cost-effective, dual-lead ECG monitoring device with IoT connectivity
  • Implemented heart rate and arrhythmia detection for remote patient monitoring
  • Designed for scalable, affordable cardiac care in underserved and rural areas

5. Smart Stick to Help Visually Impaired People Navigate  

  • Ultrasonic plus haptic feedback system to aid navigation.

6. Alzheimer’s Disease Detection Using PET Images through Image Processing

  • Developed a MATLAB-based GUI for Alzheimer’s detection using PET images
  • Applied image preprocessing, segmentation, and pattern recognition techniques
  • Visualized brain scan abnormalities to support early-stage diagnosis
